I started the business 5 years ago as a way to support my young family without having to do the painful commute from Wollongong to Sydney.
Back then the idea of running a business remotely was not commonplace.
I remember having to explain to people how to use Zoom and why it wasn’t critical that we meet face-to-face. I definitely lost some business with this strategy!
Fast forward to today and these concerns are a thing of the past. Saying that there is nothing like meeting clients face to face.
Last week our superstar General Manager, Azelle Evans flew around the country meeting our clients face to face.
I know she was shattered after traveling to 5 cities in 5 days BUT the connections she made were worth it (she may think differently given how she was feeling by Friday!).
How often do you make the effort to visit your clients in their offices OR do you think it is unnecessary in today’s age?
Cheers,
James
